Welcome! We are excited to announce that the RMT and Acupuncture/TCM student clinics have moved to Rosemont at 402 Richards St West, Nelson, BC. Please head to our Rosemont location, as we will no longer be located on Baker Street.
In order to maintain the highest standard of professionalism and care, we kindly ask all patients to confirm that no personal relationship exists with their student practitioner. This helps ensure clear boundaries and unbiased treatment. You’ll be asked to sign a brief form when you arrive at the student clinic, which will be securely added to your patient file. Thank you for helping us uphold a safe and ethical therapeutic environment.
We maintain high cleaning protocols and communicable disease prevention standards in our clinic spaces. If you do not feel well, please reschedule your appointment.
Failure to cancel your appointment (excluding emergencies) will result in the full fee being charged to you
If it has been more than 1 YEAR since your last visit, select NEW PATIENT. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for initial appointments to fill out your forms.
Note that this is a teaching clinic, and patients may be in curtained treatment spaces, not private rooms.
Appointments are forfeited if you show up 15 minutes after your booked appointment time. Thank you for arriving on time.

Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is a type of massage therapy that uses specific techniques to address and improve specific health conditions or issues, rather than just general relaxation. It involves the manipulation of soft tissues (muscles, tendons, ligaments) to alleviate pain, reduce muscle tension, improve flexibility, and promote healing.
Massage Therapy Inreach
At an RMT Inreach clinic, students have the opportunity to apply the knowledge and techniques they’ve learned in their coursework in a real-world setting. Under the supervision and guidance of experienced instructors, these budding therapists provide a variety of massage treatments tailored to the needs of their patients. Appointments are by donation and are held in an open classroom with multiple student therapists working with patients at the same time.
